The company sells a saline based spray mist solution that is inhaled through the nose. Among many benefits, the mist hydrates the airways for clean breathing. Bob Brunner and the Ammunition design firm were commissioned to design a cosmetic container for surrounding the spray bottle.
The resulting design featured a silicone collapsing skirt and plastic components that required some clever snap-together features.
Devlin preformed all the plastic engineering, resulting in a two-part top and bottom with a beautiful seamless assembly, and successfully integrated the center collapsing ring that performed exactly as specified.
